About
Inner Harbor Village in beautiful Port Ludlow is a quintessentially Pacific Northwest community of 46 units in 16 buildings situated on Ludlow Bay and nestled in an exquisitely landscaped park-like setting between Ludlow Cove and Hidden Cove. Inner Harbor Village is adjacent to the Bay Club and has easy access to numerous hiking trails, including the Ludlow Falls trail, the nearby marina and the Port Ludlow golf course.
Our community is in the midst of a project to further beautify and upgrade our buildings with new roofs, fresh paint, and new gutters and downspouts. This is a great community that's becoming even better!

Information for Realtors:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Signs") of the IHVCA House Rules:
"Temporary 'For Sale' or 'For Lease' signs of a size and placement in compliance with Inner Harbor Village CCRs, South Bay Master Declaration of CCRs, and approved by the Inner Harbor BOD are permitted. However, in order to prevent water or other utility line breakage or damage to lawns or other landscaping, in no event shall a sign post or other supporting device be placed in the ground without BOD approval."
To comply with this regulation, please utilize one of the following alternatives when displaying signage:
- A placard or standalone A-frame.
- A sign secured in a bucket filled with gravel.
- A sign placed in a large flower pot with flowers, ensuring a professional and aesthetic appearance.
